East diet

East diet

This diet lasts 10 days, you have to eat 5 times a day in certain hours. Loss weight is 8-10 lbs.
8.00 a.m. a cup of coffee or tea with sugar you like
11.00 a.m. hardboiled egg + 8 prunes or plums
2.00 p.m. 7-8 ouces of boiled lean meat (or sausages) and 4-5 ounces of row garnish (carrot with cabbage), + an apple, +an orange
5.00 p.m 1-2 ounsec of cheese, + an apple, +an orange
8.00 p.m a glass of kefir or other sourmilk food

I try to find companions. Who wants to loose weight with me? :)

Today was my first day. It was very hard after 5.00 p.m., I was very hungry, but I standed first day:)
Weight is 218 lbs. today. I wanna lose 20 lbs. at least...
Write about your results pls.

I think this diet is very tough. Girls try to find better diets. As for me I've lost 13 lbs. with Grapefruit diet. A grapefruit really burns fat.

Today I finished my third diet day. I agree with Lusy, this diet really is difficult for me. I am not sure to cope with it 10 days.
My results
Weight 215 lbs :) Loss is 3 lbs per 2 days...

I tryed to lose weight with East Diet. So I standed only 3 days then was my birthday and of couse I was broken.
As a result after 3 days I've lost 6 lbs, after party I put on the weight 3 lbs again.

I've lost 15 lbs with East diet. I tried 10 days on it and after a week again 10 days.
I'm so happy:)
