Thanks for your good idea.
The DietsinDetails soft can't add some dishes in current time. It is a pity, we have not opportunity to work at this soft now.
May be in the future we add some function.
If you have others ideas write here.

Another idea would be to add a function to save favorite meal combinations or recipes so that it is easier to add things that you eat often- also a way to look for things by searching a category instead of having every single thing that has the word that you are looking for in it.
Example- if I am looking for a slice of tomato it would be nice to be able to go to veggies-tomato instead of wading through tomato sauce, sundried tomato bagels, tomato soup etc...

There are also some errors on calorie counts for some fresh produce... Specifically onions and tomatoes that I know of, I think strawberries too.

Oh, also a place to add calories for something that you know the calorie count for but is not in the database- like home made recipes. That way if I eat a slice of home made lasagna that has about 400 calories I can just add 400 to my calorie count instead of looking up each individual ingreadient and trying to figure out how much of each was in my slice...

I would also like to add food. I try to drink a glass of soymilk daily to help with estrogen, and my brand just isn't in the counter. I also make up sandwiches on the fly and create my own things, as well as use a lot of diabetic recipes.

One thing that would be neat that other programs do for the i-phone is that if you enter your own dish in there, it's available for everyone else to update and download.

I don't have an i-phone and prefer to keep things on my desktop, but those two functions would be invaluable to me.
