replace pork?
by hermien
Hi I don't eat pork of any kind with what can I replace it. All the diets I want to try have it in.

Beef and chicken are fairly good substitutes for pork in most recipes. I spent almost 7 years as a cook in a kitchen at a hospital. I wouldn't suggest 1 exact replacement for everything that pork goes into, its a different food with different flavors. Also I'm a bit new to forums and leaving messages for people so I apologize if anything comes across as difficult or over-worded. but beef or chicken are "usually" well suited as a replacement, you could even try tofu. (it seems to be tofu is something of an aquired taste like green tea)

I suggest that pork in a diet is a kind of protein and it could be replaced another kind of meat you want.
